How to get a quality sleep


Spending most of the time at the workplace is very exhausting, it will make you want to recharge your energy. But for most of the people, having a quality sleep is difficult for them. They can not take a quality sleep, on the other side, they have to prepare for tomorrow job. You can not do all the activities with sleepy face and unfit condition. A normal people need at least six hours a day to sleep and rest their mind. If you do not have adequate sleep you will be unhealthy. Unhealthy condition only can make everything getting worse.

1. Do not force yourself to sleep. Forcing yourself to sleep only make you can sleep at all. The best way to have a quality sleep is by just relax and enjoy yourself. To get a quality sleep you need a relax condition, forcing yourself only make you stress.

2. Create your room as calm as possible. To make you enjoy your sleeping, you need a calm room. You can not sleep in a noisy environment. You can turn off your light to make your room calm. Do not let any little noise disturb your sleep.

3. If you can not sleep without listening music. You can listen the Mp3, but you can set your Mp3 player just for 3 songs. After it finishes the these songs you can set to turn off automatically your Mp3 Player.

4. Keep your gadget away. Playing game and internet on your Smartphone can consume most of your time, you will not realize that you have played facebook for 2 hours. Internet is very distracting so you will not realize how much you have spent your time on internet. I will suggest you to keep your gadget away from your bed. You can not tempt the internet with smartphone on your side. Just stay away from smartphone.

5. Do not drink a cup of coffee. Drinking a cup of coffee only make your quality sleep getting worse. The nicotine can make you stay awake till midnight.

6. Read a boring book. if you stay awake and can not closed your eyes. Just read a book, the pages of the book you read gradually make your eyes sleepy. You can read a book for 30 minutes and have a quality sleep till morning.

7. Do a light sport. a light sport at midnight can make you feel tired, when you are tired you will be easier to get sleep. Do not do to much heavy sport at midnight, just do a little sport.
