Our body has inbuilt healing mechanism. Due to this healing property our body cures many ailments automatically without our knowledge. This auto healing mechanism can become weaker or stronger depending on our life style. Lets find out ways to keep this healing mechanism in good condition. Following are five means to keep our auto

1)..AEROBIC EXERCISE:-
Physical and aerobic exercise increases the resistance of body.Heart remains in good condition and gets strength by rapid and continues movements. Heart becomes efficient and there is increase in stroke volume( volume of blood per stroke).

Exercise helps to burn extra calories and thus its beneficial in decreasing the body weight.Thus helps to reduce the risk of obesity,high cholesterol level,hypertension and many other ailments.
Exercise must be regular and consistent and its intensity must be increased gradually step by step.
Exercise improves  blood circulation by dilating blood vessels. Therefore its beneficial in hypertension.

2)..CONTACT WITH NATURE:-
Nature in its pure form is very relaxing and energizing. Freshwater streams flowing with murmuring sounds,lush green forests having soothing effects on our body and mind.Nature rejuvenates and relaxes our exhausted body and soul and fills us with vigor and vitality.
Chirping of birds,playing with little innocent kids,listening to the sound of moving breeze,enjoying the morning sun gives us energy and refreshes ourselves.
