How To Enhance Working Speed of PC at Home?

You may have seen the videos in which people break their LCD screens or smash away their system units because they lose their temperament due to the slow working of their systems either at home or at office. You may also be passing from such situations. Not only you, also I faced these temperament shattering
circumstances. But one day, just with a glimpse of half a second, something flashed in my mind, to enhance the working speed of my system. I shall also share it with you so you can get benefit from it but first let me tell you some basic things.

Suppose you are a mechanic and you own a workshop.

 Your working area (workshop) is not too much large and you have to keep your several things in a separate store or room.

Whenever you need a thing you have to go to that room in order to fetch that required thing. It will decrease your efficiency and you will require much time to perform a task.

Now, wouldn’t  be it good to increase the area of your workshop, then you will be able to keep almost all the frequently used articles in your working place so you will not have to go to that room again and again. In this way you will save much of your time and will perform a task quickly and efficiently.

Understood? Simple was that logic.

Now come to your PC . 

The CPU is the most vital part for the working of your PC . It is just like a mechanic of your computer.

It has two places to keep the files or documents stored in your PC . One is the primary memory (RAM) which is just like the work shop of the CPU.

Second is the secondary memory which is just like a store for the CPU.

Primary memory is directly connected to the CPU, just like you worked in your work shop. It keeps the most frequently used files and programs in this memory, as you kept the frequently used things in the room of your workshop.

Now if, the CPU cannot keep much of things in the primary memory because of small storage capacity, it will read it from the secondary storage which is a very slow process, just like as you had to go to the store room to fetch the required thing.

Now, wouldn’t be it good to increase the primary memory of your CPU so it has not to go to the secondary storage again and again and it will save time and hence will enhance its efficiency? Just like as you increased the area of your work shop to keep all the frequently used things in your working room so that you have not to go to the store room again and again.

Understood? Now I shall describe the ways to increase the primary memory of your PC .

1.     Replacing the RAM chip, the conventional method:-

One is to replace the RAM chip with a new one and of larger capacity. But we are not going to do this, because it is not affordable to everyone.

2.     Using a flash drive as a primary storage!!!

For this, you simply need a flash memory (USB memory), of the port version more than 3.0 and with a transfer rate of above 20mb per second.

Simply plug in that flash drive into your computer and wait for the appearance of the auto play dialogue box. In most operating systems, an option of “Boost up the speed of my PC with this device” will be given. Click on that and follow the wizard type procedure and at last, apply it.
